Issue-Free Orders lets you show potential customers that your business consistently delivers outstanding service. Display what percent of orders you fulfilled without a hitch, along with stories from satisfied customers.

Sites can earn this certification by meeting the following requirements:

* Install the [conversion tracking code](/docs/installation/conversion-tracking.md)
* Select an opt-in method
* Have an Issue-Free Orders rate of at least 95%
* Have at least 10 conversions tracked\\
